The Sweet Adventure Begins!

At Angry Bear Pralines, I'm passionate about delivering joy through each praline that comes out of my kitchen. I use every bite of my small-batch flavored pralines to tell a story of love, creativity, and a sprinkle of adventure.

I am a self-taught cottage praline maker based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  Every praline is made from scratch in my kitchen using my own original recipes.  I began making pralines as a creative outlet, only to later learn that my grandmother also made them in much the same way.

So why the name 'Angry Bear'?  As for the 'bear': I am a proud Baylor alumna (Sic 'em!) and sixth-generation Texan.   And as to the 'angry': candy-making is my therapy, and I pour every bit of love, joy, humor, and yes, sometimes anger, into my cooking.  The result is a unique, creative treat that I have the distinct pleasure of sharing with all of you.
